As a new student, before starting to learn a language, you need to be prepared. By prepared we mean to check your browser, internet connection, or an app on your mobile device.

In the following lines, find instructions on what to check before getting started.


Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or any other browser; Justlearn works on any of them, so it’s up to you which one you are going to use.

If you, for example, choose to use Firefox for Justlearn, don’t forget to download and install it.

Internet Connection

Internet connection is something you must have so that you can learn. A solid internet connection is considered at least 10Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed.

To make sure that your internet connection is on a satisfying level, please check out on the speed test. There are many available. You can use, for example, the following:

PC Device

Whether Justlearn works on PC just as good as on mobile devices, we recommend checking your laptop or desktop computer has a camera and microphone; external or internal, it is not important.

The important thing is that both work fine so that you don’t have technical difficulties during lessons.

To avoid the echo, we suggest using headphones.

Mobile Device

Justlearn has developed an easy to use mobile app. You can use if from your smartphone or tablet.
