After the payment procedure, a student, who has chosen a set of lessons, has already booked lessons. After booking, if the time and date don’t suit him/her, he can reschedule a lesson(s).

Booked lessons are already paid lessons. Therefore there is a possibility to reschedule them for a more suitable date and time or to cancel them. When canceling, but not wanting to choose another available date and time, a student can request a refund for not held, but paid lessons.
