Before starting a lesson, check the following:
- An internet connection
Make sure that your internet connection is good and stable. A recommendation is that approximately 10Mbs would be satisfied.
- Camera and microphone
Always check if devices are plugged in, and in case they are integrated, make sure they work properly. You can try out with a camera and microphone testing.
- Zoom platform
Make sure you’ve signed up to a platform so that you can have video and audio call with a tutor.
- Justlearn platform
Whether you are using a mobile app or online on laptop/ desktop computer, it is recommended that you sign in to the platform about 10-15 minutes before the lesson starts, and about 5 minutes to join a lesson via Zoom.
- Other programs and applications
Make sure that other programs and applications are completely closed and not running to the background.
Even if all of the above-mentioned things are checked and work, but you are still struggling with issues we recommend:
- If an issue is in your internet connection, contact your internet provider.
- If an issue is that you can’t sign in to the Justlearn platform, please contact our support team.

It is recommended that you send a message to your tutor if you can’t have class because of technical issues.
